Mr. Weber is the former Chairman and CEO of US Trust Corporation, a 150 year-old company specializing in investment management and other financial services. Prior to US Trust, he was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at Aetna, Inc. (NYSE: AET), a leading U.S. insurance company. Mr. Weber spent 28 years at Citicorp (NYSE: C) where he was Chairman of Citibank International and Executive Vice President of Citibank. During his tenure at Citibank, he managed businesses in approximately 30 countries. He is currently on the Board of Director of Diebold (NYSE: DBD) and several other companies. Mr. Weber is also currently the Chief Executive Officer of Weber Group LLC, focusing on investments in financial services and technology services companies.

Mr. Johnson oversees i-transfer’s international payout network and is a leader of many of its strategic initiatives. Previously, he was a Vice President at Arsenal Capital Partners, where he was an advisor to i-transfer, and on the board of directors of two other companies. Mr. Johnson also held investment and advisory positions at Cerberus Capital, William Blair & Company, and Arthur Andersen; his experience includes roles with Vigo Remittance Corp. and other financial services companies. He has a BBA and a BA from the University of Iowa.
